David Hofton David is a specialist in property law and deals with residential conveyancing, commercial property and commercial Landlord & Tenant matters. He has been a partner with the firm since 1988. He is the Administrative Secretary of the Halifax Incorporated Law Society Limited. Robert Mackenzie Robert specialises in the preparation of wills, probate matters and tax planning. His work includes advising clients on how to minimise the impact of Inheritance Tax. He joined the firm following the amalgamation of his practice ‘Wallace Mackenzie & Son’ of Sowerby Bridge in 1972. He is a member of the Law Society Probate Section. Ann Winnard Ann is the latest solicitor to join our team having gained over 20 years experience as a Matrimonial lawyer. She is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and an accredited member of the Solicitors Family Law Association. Michael Garlick Michael joined the firm in 1985. He is a Legal Executive and specialises in residential conveyancing and Landlord & Tenant matters. Anne Scott Anne is a solicitor who specialises in Personal Injury claims including Clinical Negligence. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She is also on the Law Society’s Personal Injury panel. Veronica Mullins Veronica joined Rice-Jones in September 2002 and specialises in Wills, Probate, Tax Planning and Conveyancing. Sarah Lund Sarah completed her Legal Practice Course at the Chester College of Law and joined Rice-Jones in September 2004 on a Training Contract.
