It is often referred to as Medical Negligence. When people undergo clinical treatment such as an operation at a hospital there is always the risk of failure. Just because the treatment did not succeed does not mean that you have a claim. If however, the treatment has been performed in a way which is below that which can be reasonably expected, and you suffer as a result, you may have a claim for compensation.
When somebody has been injured, lost income by absence from work or suffered property damage following an accident or clinical negligence, the law may find that it’s somebody’s fault.
